CONDITIONS OF OPTIMIZATION OF FUNCTIONING OF FACULTIES OF IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL OF TEACHERS OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL
Abstract. In article the reasons of complexities of functioning of faculties of improvement of professional skill reveal, and the optimal conditions for effective educational activity of experts in system of improvement of professional skill of teachers of the higher school are analyzed. The attention to perfection of professionalism of activity of the teacher of system of improvement of professional skill, through development of all its potentials, stimulation of creativity, social and professional activity is focused.
