PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND SELF-EDUCATION AS THE CONDITION OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TUTORS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract. In article self-development and self-education as a condition of formation of professional competence of tutors of preschool educational institution is described. Self-development and self-education of the tutor of preschool educational institution is understood as continuous, internally inconsistent process of qualitative perfection of as subject of professional pedagogical interaction.
