PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING: TRANSFORMATION AND THEORETICAL INSTRUMENTALISATION
Abstract. In the article the problem of the development of the individual in training due to the changing guidelines of educational activities. Transformation is accompanied by a change in the educational paradigms of theoretical and instrumental approaches to the idea of personal development training. The traditional educational paradigm, in which the value and meaning of man's knowledge is a priority of the world, came to the priorities of knowledge transformation in teaching the man himself. They, in turn, translate into the development of human qualities that allow it to go beyond themselves to form and be creative in all areas of society.
