APPLIED ASPECTS OF REALIZATION OF THEORETICAL APPROACHES OF ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY IN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE OF THE HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract. In article applied aspects of introduction of ideas of organizational psychology of education in the conditions of the higher school reveal. Need of implementation of psychological support of students for educational practice on theoretical provisions of organizational psychology of education locates. Results of pilot studies on studying of problems of creation of conditions for development and training of the competitive personality, success influence in mastering by a foreign language on development of the identity of the student, formation of steady positive motivation of achievement of success of the student in the course of education in higher education institution are described.
