Abstract. In article such intrinsic signs of intellectual activity of the personality, as integrity and the subject contents reveal; understanding and analysis; intellectual activity; formation of senses, formation of the purposes, reflexivity; creativity; conscious management; personality adaptation; self-control, locus control, social self-checking. The author emphasizes that intellectual activity of the personality consists of interconnected internally inconsistent dynamically developing components: motivational, emotional, cognitive, regulatory and productive.
