PSYCHOLOGICAL RESOURCES OF SELF-REALIZATION OF THE PERSONALITY IN SPACE OF PROFESSIONAL LIFE

Abstract. In article the modern problems connected with professional activity and with employment of the personality are considered. The phenomenon of self-realization and a condition of efficiency of self-determination of the personality reveals. Professionally important personal qualities and the competences which were especially demanded at the first stage of occurrence of the personality in a profession or a new position contain. The variety of approaches to understanding and the description of a wide range of resource characteristics of the personality is ascertained. It is proved that the allocated characteristics organically are integrated by concept модус personality lives.
