TO THE COMPETENT PERSON IN A CONTEXT PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract. In the article the problem of forming a temporary competence of future teachers at grade level in high school as the most important characteristics of self-identity and its ability to plan for the professional and personal self-realization. Reveals the psychological meaning of «temporary organization» and «temporary competency» of the future teachers, the main characteristics, subjective and objective factors affecting the efficiency of the process of their formation.
