WORK WITH ADOLESCENTS, MIGRANTS, AND ADOLESCENTS-NATIVES OF ETHNIC CONFLICT PREVENTION
Abstract. The article is devoted to the prevention of adolescent conflicts that arise on ethnic grounds. Refusal of treatment of ethnic conflict as an unequivocally negative, unwanted effects are not allowed to focus on the search for variants of repression and conflict resolution, and on the regulation and constructive resolution of conflicts arising.
The paper presents three sets of exercises for working with adolescents workers (the main objective to promote social and psychological adaptation of adolescents to the conditions of forced migration), the unit works with adolescents, indigenous people (the formation of tolerant plants) and a block of joint training of migrant children and adolescents with indigenous residents (skill development of constructive cooperation , conflict resolution, awareness of the uniqueness and originality of every young person and as a representative of a particular ethnic group) .
