THE CORE MEANING OF THE TERM «SOMATIC STATUS» AS THE FACTOR DETERMINING THE LEARNED HELPLESSNESS PHENOMENA

Abstract. The analysis of modern researches concerning studying of a «the learned helplessness» phenomenon is presented in article. Among the factors determining development of learned helplessness, the special importance is allocated for a role of society within which there is a formation and development of the child identity. As the special situation of the development promoting formation of learned helplessness, the situation of the weakened somatic health is described. Being guided by the provision of L. Vygotsky about qualitatively different situation of the child in an illness situation development, the author believes that in studying of the learned helplessness formation in process of ontogenetic development it is important to consider basic provisions of psychosomatic approach in studying of the described problem.
