FACTORS RELATED EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY DURING ADULT CONTINUING EDUCATION

Abstract. The article discusses the current educational systems for issues related to the implementation of the concept of continuous education and improvement of professional competence of teachers in higher education. Analysis of obstacles and related educational activities of high school teachers, giving them the opportunity to reach the top of professionalism.
