FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERTISE IN THE DECISION OF LEGAL QUESTIONS

Abstract. The article examines the activities of the judicial-psychological examination and its importance in the decision of legal questions. Describes the types of forensic psychological expertiseand proposed author's model of activity of the judicial-psychological examination, including the purpose, objectives, directions and methods of work of the forensic expert-psychologist.
