THE FORMATION OF CULTURAL COMPETENCE AND INTERACTIVE METHODS OF LEARNING
Abstract. The article raises the problem of continuity of the system of higher professional education and business, which may be based on the competence approach. To develop the necessary competencies to potential graduates are indispensable interactive forms of training, not only gives experience and practical knowledge within a specific subject, but also invaluable experience in the use of basic competences demanded by the labour market.
