PERSONAL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF CORPORATE EMPLOYEES
Abstract: the article discusses the phenomenon of «professional burnout», its components and factors of formation. The findings of the study of individual social responsibility. The author reveals the connection of the components of professional burnout and personal social responsibility. It is concluded that the personal social responsibility can act as a resource to aid in the prevention of professional burnout.
