Abstract. The article presents the results of theoretical and empirical research, expand scientific understanding of the psychological nature of the factors accompanying innovation processes in the organization; psychological interpretation of the phenomenon of stress of personnel of the organization; vision capabilities psychological means of stress among workers innovation and growing company within the psychological security of the organization.
