THE RELATIONSHIP OF RESILIENCE AND LOCUS OF CONTROL OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the problem of the relationship of resilience and locus of control of future specialists, due to its complex nature and lies in discovering the features of their changes in the process of professional self-determination. Social adaptation of future professionals takes place in conditions of economic crisis and distortion of the socio-cultural values and norms of behavior, which in itself is a sufficient condition for the transformation indicator of viability. Constantly growing and insufficiently defined requirements, the instability of our society, uncertainty about the future reduces the viability of future specialist, it is therefore important to consider strategies based on the locus of control through which people attributed responsibility for the results of their own activities.
