PROCRASTIANATION OR PHENOMENON OF «POSTPONING ON ONCE»

Abstract. The article provides a brief overview of the degree of study in the psychology of the problem of procrastination, the question of the prevalence of this phenomenon in the modern world is disclosed. The classification of procrastination is described, the characteristic and methods for detecting procrastination are given. The article also identifies the reasons for the emergence of procrastination, presents the appropriate methods, the rules for overcoming it.
