The relationship of psychotypes with the peculiarities of foreign language acquisition is revealed. It was found that foreign language acquisition is better in students with an average value of extraversion-introversion, as well as extroverts. Most often, these students have a high level of neuroticism, a high degree of situational and personal anxiety. Owners of more pronounced introversion tend to show themselves and their abilities worse in the classroom, as they have a more closed, closed character. Indicators of such students can be improved and provide an opportunity to reach their potential, if you take into account their individual characteristics, the specifics of the psychotype, as well as choose motivating and encouraging game techniques. Since the psychotypological characteristics of students have an impact on the acquisition of a foreign language, taking these features into account in the educational process can have a positive impact on the learning results. Individual approach to work with students, as well as variation and diversity of teaching methods, including game techniques, can improve the flow of the educational process and, moreover, have a positive impact on the affective filter of the student.
