THE PSYCHOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE LANGUAGE OF METAPHOR

 

Abstract. The article describes the role of the metaphor language in the perception of various life phenomena and events of a person. The individualization of metaphorical consciousness of the individual is noted. The high efficiency of using metaphors in psychological counseling is emphasized. Practical recommendations for working with a metaphor are presented.
