Abstract. The article discusses theoretical and methodological analysis of teacher professionalism and psychological support of educators, particularly teachers. Examined the phenomenon of burnout, renderingtively negative impact on health and performance of teachers. Described factortori of burnout, symptoms and resources to overcome it.
