Abstract. The article describes the essence of psychological counseling at the base of psychoanalysis. This consultation involves the restructuring of personality, emphasizing action therapy "difficulties in life, rooted in the neurotic character of people, a notorious, humiliated, emotionally unstable, not finding happiness in life, marriage, have difficulty performing the work. Restructuring nature is achieved through the sustained transfer of unconscious conflict on the level of consciousness and its study. The central element of the psychoanalytic approach lies in identifying and releasing of unconscious motives, awareness of the repressed, catharsis and insider trading. The success of the advisory alliance is due to certain rules structuring issues for extracting information, its interpretation, confrontation and reconstruction.
