Abstract. The article describes a problem of personal self-control students' teacher training college. This phenomenon is regarded as a structural component of psychological readiness of future teachers to the profession. A brief theoretical overview and presents the results of the pilot study. The data correlation analysis showing the relationship between indicators of personal self-regulation and components of psychological preparedness for future careers. Briefly describe formative program updating and development of psychological readiness of students for future professional educational activities and the effectiveness of its implementation.
