Abstract. Study investigates the influence of developing an educational environment on the dynamics of self-actualization of students. Set the dynamic characteristics of self-fulfillment, consisting of the indicators of successful adaptation, the formation of subjectivity, of "self-concept, personal fulfillment and professional orientation. The research is based on different scientific paradigms. Presented recommendations for the practical use of research results.
