Abstract. The paper presents a theoretical justification of the problem of creating an effective model of motivation and identify ways of targeting people by understanding the motives of his activities. It is emphasized that from the well-developed systems of motivation depends not only on social and creative activity of workers, but the final results of the company. The results of empirical research on the development mechanism of motivation work a particular company.
