Abstract. The article describes the experience of the practical application of transactional analysis with the aim of personal reorientation of college teachers on the effective interaction in the Teacher – Student, Teacher – Administrator. Justified by the high possibility of the use of transactional analysis in the education system to help teachers and students to successfully communicate, understand others, to avoid conflicts. It is noted that the concept of ego-states expanded the teachers understanding of the psychological structure of personality and modes of communication, harmonizing them.
