SELF-REGULATION AND ITS ROLE IN HUMAN LIFE
Abstract. In this paper we attempt to understanding the experience of emotional self-regulation from the standpoint of human holistic dialectical approach to the study of the psyche. Based on the observations available therapies that allow people to keep a positive attitude, a way of rethinking created an awkward situation (for adults), and with a certain way-built classes for children (from 3 years). Description of techniques and methods of treatment is accompanied by theoretical understanding of the interaction of sense and sound in the human psyche. Describes the differences between personal and meaningful functional activities performed in terms of their energy. Illustrates the nature of the interaction of consciousness and the unconscious in the process of implementation. Assumptions about the energy source of human life.
