APPLIED ASPECTS OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM BY MEANS OF ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

 

Abstract. The article reveals new approaches to the organization of effective education management system. Organizational-psychological phenomena that contribute to the successful implementation of managerial activity are substantiated. A number of important managerial influences in the activity of heads of education are singled out. The managerial functions of the subjects of management and methods for assessing the prospects for the development of the system in the current conditions of management are determined. The stages of the management process are identified and psychological recommendations are offered to improve the effectiveness of their implementation. From the positions of the system approach, the organizational and psychological influence of internal and external factors of influence on the space of interpersonal interaction and subjects of management in education is described.
