PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract. In article the actual problem of psychological features of the interpersonal conflicts in the organization which has essential theoretical and practical value for the general, social and applied psychology is studied. Concepts of the conflict, the interpersonal and organizational conflict, their distinctive features and common features are considered. Factors and the reasons causing emergence and development of the conflicts are analyzed: objective, organizational and administrative, social and psychological and personal. Results of author's research of psychological features of the interpersonal conflicts in the organizations showing their determinancy by such personal features as an internalnost, aggression, ability to operate emotions and to choose constructive strategy of behavior are interesting. Practical recommendations for further work of the psychologist are provided in the organization.
