FEATURES OF MOTIVATION CAREER STUDENTS PEDAGOGICAL HIGH SCHOOL
Abstract. The article describes the features of formation of motivation for a career teaching high school students as part of career orientation of the individual. Described in detail the procedure and results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the motivation for career students, conclusions on the need for targeted and systematic efforts to create adequate conditions for the development of motivation for the career of students.
