THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL BACKGROUND OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION ON THE PROBLEMS OF CHOICE OF MARRIAGE PARTNER

Abstract. The article presents the rationale approaches to psychological counselling students on the problems of choosing a partner. The failure of this choice is a threat to the psychological security of a person. Psychological consulting on these issues should to provide for the identification of the volume of psychological knowledge and skills necessary for the real evaluation of a mate, to determine compliance of the personal expectations and perspectives of family life, strengthening of motivational focus on marriage.
