PERSONALITY AS AN INTEGRATOR OF PROFESSIONAL ANDLIFE PROJECT
Abstract. In article it is shown that the identity of the author of the Project of life acts as the integrating beginning. It is characterized as multidimensional and active reality of the subject which is capable to carry out versatile elections in uncertainty situations, creatively to build unique life and to bear responsibility for the made actions and acts. Introduction of category of the personality finds a biased, dialogichny and polyactivity being in the author of professional and vital projects. The author considers that responsibility acts as "criterion" of level of probability of an embodiment of all variety of projects of life built by the person. The main idea is the thought that building projects of the life, the person changes not only the future, but also himself, i.e. according to the project projects himself, creates own characteristics, develops.
