COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT OF DIFFICULT LIFE SITUATIONS IN ADULTHOOD

Abstract. This article deals with the problem of cognitive assessment with difficult life situations of people of Mature age. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the dependency of evaluations of difficult situations from certain personality characteristics. It is proved that the effect on the intensity of response in difficult situations provide such personal patterns, such as anxiety and fears, dysphoria, and hypotonia, reduced level of stress resistance and social adaptability.
