Abstract. This description of the theoretical principles and practical use of information and communication technologies in educational institutions. The article considers various approaches to understanding of efficiency of use of means of information and communication technologies in the educational process. Shows practical implementation, including algorithms operating features of computer equipment in the formation of psychomotor characteristics of the preschool children.
