Abstract. The author discusses the globalization of psychoanalysis and his medical practice. In this context, examines the need and possibility of a clear distinction between the true psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic therapy with the use of elements. Widely considered the theoretical and empirical studies of contemporary psychoanalytic practice, and a comparison of their therapeutic efficacy.
