THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS A CONDITION FOR THE PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF EMPLOYEES
Abstract. The article discusses the effectiveness of the emotional intelligence development program to prevent the occurrence of professional burnout. The importance of training employees in emotional skills, which are necessary to maintain psychological well-being and professional activity, is emphasized. The results of an empirical study are presented, where it is proved that the structural and substantive components of emotional intelligence have the potential to prevent professional burnout.
