APPLICATION OF COPPING STRATEGIES IN THE PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT IN PERSONAL THERAPISTS IN TRAINING
Abstract. This article reveals the problem of coping strategies and the prevention of professional burnout directly to training personal therapists.
The need for timely prevention and, if necessary, correction of professional burnout of psychotherapists is argued. Constructive coping strategies are revealed that contribute not only to the successful resolution of certain life difficulties, but also are a reliable foundation for professional stability and effectiveness. It has been shown that the practice of using coping strategies is necessary in the prevention of professional burnout in teaching personal therapists.
