MODELING OF ORGANIZATIONAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF PERSONALITY-DEVELOPING INTERACTION IN HIGH SCHOOL
Abstract. In work the expediency of implementation of organizational and psychological support student-developing interaction in high school. It determines the specificity of personality-developing cooperation in higher education and its organization. Identified priorities for psychological support of the educational process of high school. A qualitative description of the organizational and psychological Dey-performance of subjects of education. We describe the psychological conditions, and business model of personality-developing interaction. Suggested simulation system of personality-developing interaction in means of organizational and psychological support.
