THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHILD-PARENT RELATIONSHIPS AND SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS OF FAMILY LIFE IN ADOLESCENTS
Abstract. The article describes the results of research on the relationship between child-parent relationships and ideas about family life in adolescents. An empirical study of middle-aged and older Internet-based adolescents aged 13 to 18 years was conducted. The methods used were theoretical (literature analysis), empirical (testing) methods, as well as the method of mathematical statistics (R Spearman rank correlation coefficient). The methods chosen were «Identifying the attitude of young men and women to life in their family» (author T. Schreiber), «the Behavior of parents and the attitude of teenagers to them» (author E. Shafer), questionnaire «the Attitude of young people to family life» (authors D.A. Dontsov, I.N. Orlova). Differences in child-parent relationships and ideas about their future family among teenagers who want and do not want to start a family are revealed. Dissatisfaction with life in your own family and negative views about marriage are associated with the educational parent position. In the course of their own empirical research, it was found that teenagers who have a high coefficient of satisfaction with life in the parent family have a more positive image of their future family.
