THE ROLE OF TEMPORARY COMPETENCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A FUTURE TEACHER
Abstract. This article reveals the role of developing the temporal competence of future teachers in their professional development. Temporal competence is considered as the most important characteristic of personality self-organization, its ability to plan professional and personal self-realization. The psychological meaning of the concepts of «temporary organization» and «temporary competence» of future teachers, the main characteristics, subjective and objective factors that affect the effectiveness of the process of their formation are revealed.
