PSYCHOLOGICAL PREREQUISITES OF INCREASE OF THE COHERENCE IN THE STUDENT GROUP
Abstract. The article reveals the problem of cohesion in a small student group. The features of the interpersonal interaction of students in the process of studying at the university are described. The results of an empirical study of the relationships in the group of students-psychologists are given. The strategy of socio-psychological training is described taking into account the individual-typological characteristics of the group's participants, their psychological attitudes, the actual sociometric status and the specifics of the interpersonal relations that have developed in the group. The effectiveness of the training is proven in terms of reducing the conflict in the relationship and increasing the level of cohesion among members of a small student group.
