Abstract. The article shows the features of motivation of professional activities associated with the development of a student-activity subject position. The role of education and training in the development of the image of a professional and motivational sphere of students. Showing the key characteristics of the individual subjectivity and their refraction in the process of educational and professional work of the student. Disclosed components of motivation of professional activity (cognitive, affective, conative), determining the formation of subject-activity positions the students.
