THE PROBLEM OF MOTIVATION IN ADDITIONAL VOCATIONAL TEACHER EDUCATION: PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ANDRAGOGICAL APPROACH
Abstract. The article is devoted to determining the acceptability of psychological-providing andragogical approach in forming motivation of studying on programs of additional professional education. We believe that currently, psychological-providing andragogical foundations of the professional and personal development associated with professional development in the context of additional professional education, remain unexplored. In this connection the problem of formation of motivation of vocational and educational activities of education workers is a topical area of research.
