THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STRUCTURE OF REFLEXIVE SELF MANAGERS
Abstract. This article discusses: a) the principles that allow to study the reflexive Self managers; b) psychological characteristics of cognitive, emotional, volitional and behavioral components; с) the qualitative specificity of intra – and inter-component relationships in the structural and functional organization of the reflexive Self managers.
