FORMATION OF STUDENTS' BASIC NATIONAL VALUES AS A CONDITION FOR STRENGTHENING FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN PEOPLES
Abstract. The content of the article is devoted to the problem of formation of basic national values among students in modern socio-cultural conditions. The main emphasis in the work is on the consideration of the structural components of the basic national values and the description of their psychological characteristics. Considerable attention is paid to the identification of the forms of basic values and their representation in the structure of the student's personality. The authors thoroughly analyzed the types of basic values and determined their impact on the cognitive, emotional and behavioral aspects of personality.
The article considers the formation of basic national values through the prism of establishing friendly and friendly relations among students. The paper describes the peculiarities of friendship among students and examines the influence of values on the strengthening of this phenomenon among modern youth.
In addition to analyzing the problems of the role and specifics of the development of basic national values among students and their influence on the formation of friendship, the results of an experimental study on the attitude of students to building friendly relationships and perception of the other regardless of their national, social, religious affiliation, views, worldview, thinking styles and behavior are presented.
