PSYCHOANALYSIS: THE POSSIBILITY FOR NEW ADDITIONS AND THEIR PROOFS
Abstract. The author of the paper pursues the comparative analysis between the psychoanalytic theory and his «Person-Oriented Conception of Happiness» (POCH). It demonstrates a number of similar ideas relative to both theories. At the same time, dual-system and multilevel POCH creates new possibilities for broadening and making additions to the psychoanalytic theory in view of the modern science discoveries. In this case, the notion of egoism becomes one of the central concepts, which is able for further development and qualitative transformations at different levels. From the other side, such a dualism enables to explore the development and realization of the inborn potential (giftedness) of a person, which was hardly probable for the classic psychoanalysis.
Key words: personal uniqueness, psychoanalysis, self-realization, systemic approach, sublimation, egoism.
