STUDY AND PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT AMONG HEALTH CARE WORKERS

Abstract. The article describes the phenomenon of «professional burnout» of health workers representing a destructive personality change in the process of implementation of professional activity. The findings of the study of peculiarities of professional burnout syndrome among health care workers of different educational level. The directions of preventive measures aimed at preserving and strengthening mental health of medical workers, and preventing professional burnout.
