ACTIVATION OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF CHILDREN WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AS A CONDITION OF INTEGRATION INTO THE SOCIETY
Abstract. The article describes the ways of activization of cognitive activity of children with intellectual disabilities. It is emphasized that a child with mental retardation is particularly in need of socialization, adaptation and integration in society. It is proved that the use of techniques and methods of activization of cognitive activity of schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities in the course of industrial training and after school leads to more effective acquisition of the necessary knowledge, abilities, skills for the future professional activity and integration into society.
