REFLEXIVE ABILITIES IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF TEACHERS
Abstract. The article describes the role of reflexive abilities in the professional activity of a teacher. It is emphasized that reflexive abilities are an integral part of the practical thinking of the teacher, an element of the process of pedagogical interaction and act as regulators of professional pedagogical activity. Reflexive abilities are closely related to the self-regulation of the individual and act as an instrument of self-control and responsible behavior. It is hypothesized that reflexive abilities and skills can perform a preventive function to prevent professional burnout of teachers, as they allow to manage their own professional activities in conditions of increased tension and uncertainty.
