THE ROLE OF REPRESENTATIONS OF SELF-REALIZATION IN THE PROCESS OF OCCUPATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENT

 

Abstract. The article substantiates the role of students ' ideas about self-realization in the process of professional development. The article reveals the content of phenomenological features of ideas about self-realization. The specificity of self-realization as a special type of activity, characterized by a certain orientation, is determined. With a subjective position, the process of developing ideas about self-realization is understood. The mental reality of the student's ideas about self-realization in the process of professional development is described. The necessity of psychological support for the development of ideas about self-realization at the stage of professional development of students. Experimental data of psychological peculiarities of ideas about self-realization in students with high and low success of professional development are presented. The program of development of ideas of self-realization as a condition of successful professional formation of students is offered and efficiency in realization is proved.
