PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS TO MOTHERHOOD

Abstract. The article presents the characteristics of the psychological readiness of women to motherhood. The factors allowing to determine this readiness, stages of development of the maternal need-motivational sphere, the stage of parenthood, maternal roles are described.
