Abstract. The article reveals the concept and structural components of educational and professional motivation, describes the development of the motivational cycle, presents the factors and conditions for the development of educational and professional motivation of future psychologists, shows what impact the digitalization of education has on the development of educational and professional motivation of future psychologists.
